Our manned guarding services provide:

We have a fully trained and SIA licensed team of security personnel providing manned guarding, static guarding and mobile security officers to secure and protect commercial and public sector facilities, assets and operations throughout England and Wales.
The provision of security services requires experienced, licensed security officers who are intelligent, intuitive, equipped and supported while being courteous, articulate and proud of their job and the important role they play.
Many of our clients require that our security personnel go beyond what might be expected to be their standard role and duties… our personnel become a valued part of the organizations we work with – often representing their brand and supporting the employees in a variety of tasks that assist the operational efficiency of a site, facility or organization. From ‘front-of-house’ to ‘gate house’, one site static guarding to multi location mobile patrols and key-holding we have the skills and experience to assist.
Key holding is an increasing area of business for Senator; safeguarding staff and landlords from being the ‘first call’ if an alarm response is needed or having the responsibility to ensure the premises are secure 24 hours a day. It is easy and cost effective to have a trained Senator Security officer tasked with the locking/alarming and unlocking/alarm deactivation routine. Your keys will be held securely and can be linked to our own 24/7 remote monitoring centre to ease management and speed response times.

- Communicating incidents to the on-site control room and 24/7 Senator remote monitoring control centre
- CCTV monitoring with PSS trained and accredited personnel with backup from Senator’s own 24/7 remote monitoring control centre
- Day and overnight inspection patrols – including site perimeter, access points and dormant premises. This can be coordinated with mobile patrols and multi-site locations.
- Monitoring basic alarm systems, doors and windows plus specialist roles such as temperature check and secure or sensitive area access (e.g. laboratories, vaults and data/document storage)
- Deployment of dedicated ‘designed for purpose’ technology – IT, RFID and radio and telecommunication equipment to enhance service delivery and performance
- Senior management, project security managers and security supervisors have monthly QA meetings with clients and operational staff and stakeholders
- Data and asset tracking to improve audit trail and measurement/reporting for KPI meetings
- Training and provision for evacuation, fire and terrorist threat
- Business continuity and disaster recovery training and planning in collaboration with clients – including provision for data, asset tracking, reporting and video backup to our remote monitoring centre
